Mon., Jan 1-School did not keep today. Helped John and Arthur load up a load of logs.

Fri, Jan. 5-Stormy. Been to school today. Edd Effie and Florence were over this eve.

Sat, Jan 13-Stormy. Been braking roads today.

Sat. Jan. 20-worked fore Mr. Eastman.

Sun Jan 21-windy. Went up to Mr. Slack’s to meeting.

Mon. Jan 22-went up to Mr. Stanley’s to Helen’s birth day party.

Sat. Feb 3-went to Chelsea. Got me a pair or rubbers 1.60.

Sun Feb 4-Pleasant. Stayed down to Ames today

Sun Feb 18-been at home all day. Went over to see Edd.

Tues Feb 20-pleasant. Been to school today. Went out to the flat tonight to a promenade.

Fri. Feb. 23-cold. School finished today. Went over to Chas to have a party. Helen and I went down.

Thurs, March 1-Went over to Martin’s for a party.

Thurs., March 8-Been chopping sugar wood .

Sat., March 10-tapped 100 trees today.

Mon., March 12-tapped 200 more trees.

Tues. March 13-gathered sap today.

Wed, March 14-boiled sap today.

Wed, March 28-worked fore Leslie. Received $.75.

Sat, March 31-plesant. Gathered sap today. Went over Charlie’s.

Sun. April 1-pleseant. Went over home with Fred.

Thurs, April 5-been sick with measles.

Sat., April 7-went down and (got) Mrs. Wright.

Sun, April 8-carried Mrs. Wright home.

Thurs, April 12-Tapped 75 trees.

Sun., April 15-went over to meeting.

Mon., April 16-drawed manure and sap.

Sat. April 21-went down to Chelsea and a load of timber.

Thurs, April 26-harrowed today.

Fri, April 27- sowed our oats today.

Sun, April 29-went over to meeting.

Wed., May 2-drawed 18 loads of manure.

Mon. May 7-School began this morning.

Tues, May 8-built the fire this morning.

Fri, May 25-school did not keep.

Sun, May 27-been over the other side of the hill.

Wed, May 30-went out to decoration.

Thurs, May 31-been to school.

Sat. June 9-laid stone wall today.
